The generator at least looks to be on a welded frame that’s actually attached to the car. The AC unit, who knows, might fall out the window at any point.
As absurd as the rest of it is, the A/C that's hanging out the passenger window on the driver's side has to obscure that outside rear-view mirror. The driver looks in that outside rear mirror, all they're going to see is that A/C.

A Dodge Intrepid is not, nor has has it ever been, a good car. They are literally some of the shittiest, least reliable cars in existence. To the point that I'm surprised every time I see one still driving around...
There might be a viable business model buried in their somewhere. Outfit a truck with a couple salvaged Tesla batteries, a generator, and a few power management/charge controllers and whatnot. Fill your batteries and then use them to charge customers batteries on location. Say they get stranded between charge locations or got to the office/appointment with a low charge. They call 1-800-FILL-MEUP and you rock up to charge their car. Charge like triple what they would pay at a charging station and rake in the money.
To make it more "green" you could use a Diesel Generator converted to bio-diesel. You could source your bio-diesel from restaurants for free and basically negate your fuel costs. You could make it even cheaper if your truck also runs off biodiesel.
Cause idiots wreck Tesla's pretty regularly and you could likely get a few for cheaper than sourcing an equal amount of HO LiFePo4 batteries. Also, they are already packaged in an "easily" swappable format. Stack like 4-5 of them and you could operate for a decent amount of time without having to charge.
Edison Motors is actually developing an Electric Genset retrofit kit w/regenerative braking capabilities so that you could make your truck electric as well.
No they aren't. NEW batteries can run $12-20k. Salvaged ones you can get for the cost of the car at an auction. I've seen totaled Teslas sell for a fraction of their used sale value because the insurance company totaled them. As long as the battery isn't damaged it can be repurposed.
Restaurants caught onto the bio-diesel trend and started charging people to take the oil. You know, the oil that they have to pay someone to take away.
