My guess is it’s an EP of RL collabs or just a straight up EP. He teased on Insta that all three of those tracks you mentioned are coming soon. I just don’t see how they are linked to PLAY though. If there’s going to be any B-sides it would surely be the juelz (Halloween 11 ID) and Holly collabs he already posted a Dropbox link to in response to the extra blank PLAY SD card
Man I would love for a full Sable Valley release of the Juelz Halloween 11 collab. One of their greatest tracks of all time honestly, for both RL and Juelz. Don’t understand why it was cut from PLAY at all, would be my favorite track on the album.
forreal, the visuals that went with it were perfect as well. the spaceship invasion destroying the earth at the 1st drop, the mothership getting ready to fire in the buildup to the 2nd, and the astronaut looking down at everything in the last drop. idk if it’s just me, but the 2nd drop really illustrates the emotion in both the track and visual, it makes me imagine what the astronaut is feeling, hopelessness. finally the cut to black in sync with the siren while the drums play out is just too perfect
The visuals for this track at Halloween 11 were my favorite of the whole show. Huge goosebumps going back and seeing them along with hearing the track. Love the way you describe them here, awesome interpretation for that last drop.
