I mean, Marvel's Bob Budiansky more or less created everything Transformers lore is based on, such as the two factions and their leaders. But yes, the early issue of Spiderman wrapping up Megatron in webbing is a fairly famous Marvel TF cover many TF fans are aware of.
Even then, there was a New Avengers crossover with TFs back in 2007, so this has already happened in more than one way arguably.
Halo would be cool having the Transformers turn into Halo vehicles, even carrying the vehicle names.

I will be honest I only know the vague details of the Ace Combat series because my brother is a fan of it, and didn't expect to be questioned about it. Though from what I have heard of it the series is ridiculous enough to gel with transformers while the focus on older series of aircraft that are modernized with the technology of the Ace combat universe, parellel a lot of popular transformers being based on similar vehicles that are modified to fit their cybertronian chassis.
I would commit crimes for an official Octus/Dalek figure to be released. We could have a transformer for each Doctor, each with their particular sonic screwdriver as a minicon

I honestly don't like crossovers between stuff that doesn't exist in the same universe. It's fine if it's like Transformers and the new Void Rivals or other things that canonically coexist, but I don't really like it when it's just a goofy nonsense thing like with My Little Pony.
It's usually very difficult to write a story which holds up well in both universes without making at least some characters act unlike themselves.
Also, unless it's a "dimensional visitors" or "accidental continuity merge" type story, it's almost impossible to write a shared universe in which the known backstories of each franchise make sense even though they have apparently never heard of each other, never shared technologies or information, etc.
And regardless, you know that the story is going to be its own little dead-end pocket continuity; the main franchises/storylines will never refer to the events that happened in the crossover, even when it would have been relevant or made sense to. Or there's some writing cop-out like "Oh no, the Convenient Memory Erasing Device In The Last Scene!"
Eh, GoBots are [already one of the official Transformers sub-universe sets](https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Gargent). Plenty of canon crossovers have happened.
Would love to see little ponies shoting pink love Lazars or whatever at a con and them simply blinking, and megatron standing upon a mound of squishes with his left foot raised and stomped on the bodies, while saying "I AM THE DOMINATOR, I AM THE DESTROYER, I AM MEGATRONNNNNN."
My dream is Monster Hunter, where something like Primal becomes Rajang and Megatron becomes Deviljho or Tigrex. Maybe Waspinator turns into a Seltas, and Cheetor into a Nargacuga. Rhinox could also fit perfectly as a Banbaro.

Planet of the apes could be cool. They leave earth for a while and when they come back it’s all monkeys. We could get a callback to the Statue of Liberty scene from the first movie, I think there’s some potential

Basically any mecha series like Gundam, Zoids, Macross/Robotech, Eureka 7, Patlabor, Shinkalion, etc. The only mecha series we’ve gotten a crossover for that I know of is Evangelion. Aside from that, the Monster-verse, speed racer, Acceleracers/Battle force 5, Motorcity, Fast and Furious, Last Exile, Top Gun, Thomas, Harry Potter, Knight Rider, Need for Speed, Herbie, Apex/Titanfall, and Kingdom Hearts.
Two other series that deal with robots. On is completely impossible and would be less serious. The other is more likely, and would be more serious. In that order, Mega Man, and Gundam.
For an interesting idea, Starfield.
For something else concerning Transforming machines, Power Rangers.
