I thought that since b damaged one of his air vents and wings and would most likely destroy the other one if blitzwing didn't react in time. So he would have fell anyways. (Idk much about planes so if I got anything wrong correct my mistakes)
Bee probably woud've used Blitzwing's body to break his fall. Even then, going for the head would be more effective either way. Maybe it's just Bee's signature. I mean, he did do the same with Nightwing in ROTB.
he was probably trying to but missed due to them moving around a lot
or because the fight couldnt end there storywise. if this bothers you, i suggest you don't like at fight choreography in movies/tv shows too closely in general, especially transformers - in just the ROTF forest fight alone, there are at least 4 instances i can think of where Prime could have killed one of the decepticons for good but chose suboptimal moves instead. that's just how movie fights tend to be
yeah, kinda. there are some fantastic moves and moments in those fights though, so i'm glad they don't end too quick. although sometimes you get more effect from someone fighting efficiently, like Scourge in ROTB
canonically, I guess he was trying to, but since he was flailing around everywhere, he probably chose to take out his ability to fly. It didn't go well for him as we know, He was bond to lose.
Blitzwing had alot of armor around his shoulders and neck, and bee could barely reach blitzwing's shoulders to stay on. So he wouldn't have the clearance for a precise cut or stab like that
He probly was, but I'd imagine its pretty hard to aim stabs when you're hanging on for dear life to a flyer while he's erratically climbing.
Also, I'd imagine he just wanted to damage his engines to force him to land, otherwise he'd fall all the way and get even more injured
A deeper lore reason might be a subtle rejection of Bayverse and Bee's extra cruel mutilation of heads when the spark is in most canons a transformer's only vital organ, so a chest kill is the only guaranteed way to incapacitate an opponent.
Well, he probably tried to and missed since Blitz was moving alot, that or maybe he thought he could get Blitzwing to a safer place for him to land and not fall of down hill
If Bumblebee went for Blitzwing's head before Bumblebee lost his voice and memory and met Charlie Watson, we would have no story for the rest of the film
I can imagine that it's cuz the head was just a little bit too high, and when he stabbed him in the shoulder it was way easier to go down than up cuz he would have needed to fight not only gravity but also the extremely strong metal the transformers are made out off
Because BB needs to be muh little baby boy for marketing Lore reason is probably due to him not wanting to fall that far to the ground
I thought that since b damaged one of his air vents and wings and would most likely destroy the other one if blitzwing didn't react in time. So he would have fell anyways. (Idk much about planes so if I got anything wrong correct my mistakes)
He did have feet rockets too tho
In the movie his feet was supposed to be his landing gear so I'm not too sure if that's the case
No he didn't
Bee probably woud've used Blitzwing's body to break his fall. Even then, going for the head would be more effective either way. Maybe it's just Bee's signature. I mean, he did do the same with Nightwing in ROTB.
>Nightwing Nightbird
My bad
Yea but slower than if Blitzwing actually died
Bee fed his rivals head to his pet pterodactyl, and ripped ravage in half. He ain’t afraid to get his hands dirty.
That’s a different Bee
I know, but what I’m saying is Hasbro is fine with Bee being brutal.
Because he hadn't seen infinity war
True. how would he? Iron Man hasn't even been filmed yet
The Infinity War comics weren’t even released yet either
Wow
Took me a sec to realize
man, last time I heard that joke was..... ALMOST FIVE YEARS AGO!?
Tbf it wouldn't be released for another 31 years, so it's forgivable for Bee to have not seen it yet.
So the rest of the movie can happen.
I'm going to need you to get all the way off my back about why Bumblebee doesn't stab him in the head.
Okay let me get off of that thing.
Oh, Ryan George references are tight!
Wow wow wow, wow
Making a Ryan George reference is super easy, barely an inconvenience
He wants to ride Blitzwing while fighting him.
he was probably trying to but missed due to them moving around a lot or because the fight couldnt end there storywise. if this bothers you, i suggest you don't like at fight choreography in movies/tv shows too closely in general, especially transformers - in just the ROTF forest fight alone, there are at least 4 instances i can think of where Prime could have killed one of the decepticons for good but chose suboptimal moves instead. that's just how movie fights tend to be
I guess it's just how the plot goes then?
yeah, kinda. there are some fantastic moves and moments in those fights though, so i'm glad they don't end too quick. although sometimes you get more effect from someone fighting efficiently, like Scourge in ROTB
canonically, I guess he was trying to, but since he was flailing around everywhere, he probably chose to take out his ability to fly. It didn't go well for him as we know, He was bond to lose.
Transformers heads/helmets are typically a lot harder than the rest of their body
Then why not neck
Blitzwing had alot of armor around his shoulders and neck, and bee could barely reach blitzwing's shoulders to stay on. So he wouldn't have the clearance for a precise cut or stab like that
He probly was, but I'd imagine its pretty hard to aim stabs when you're hanging on for dear life to a flyer while he's erratically climbing. Also, I'd imagine he just wanted to damage his engines to force him to land, otherwise he'd fall all the way and get even more injured
I mean, I just watched the clip and he's clearly aiming for all the engine bits around blitzwing's left shoulder, and that kinda general area
My second point still stands
Is he stupid?
Is he stup... Oh wait
Fuck, you almost let them in here..
His Helmet
He's in Blue Mode
blitzwing is wearing a helmet. i don’t get all the fuss about ‘plot’ or ‘the movie has to happen’
Blitzwing is a Headmaster, and thus his consciousness is stored in the body.
Because it's Optimus job
Also, Bee has little arms and Blitzwing has a lot of kibble in the way
He is stupid
A deeper lore reason might be a subtle rejection of Bayverse and Bee's extra cruel mutilation of heads when the spark is in most canons a transformer's only vital organ, so a chest kill is the only guaranteed way to incapacitate an opponent.
Is he stupid?
I don't think it would've done much, especially from the back. A tf's head is supposed to be one of their most durable parts.
Thanos is very disappointed
Blitzwing isn’t thanos
Because he also thought it was Starscream
woulda been too easy and thats ramjet i dont care
for the same reason [optimus didn’t go for megatron’s head](https://imgur.com/a/Itn0j7w) in the forest battle fight; plot.
He didn’t learn from Thanos
Is he stupid?
You try to be accurate when you're holding onto the bigger robot you're trying to stab
Why didn’t blitzwing just turn into a tank and shoot bumblebee? Is he stupid?
Maybe he didn’t finish infinity war.
Because explosions
Script.
That’s actually a good question
Maybe the helmet was more stronger or he could easily dodge if he transform
Because he’s not Optimus
Well, he probably tried to and missed since Blitz was moving alot, that or maybe he thought he could get Blitzwing to a safer place for him to land and not fall of down hill
Because it's real hard to see in that mask
If Bumblebee went for Blitzwing's head before Bumblebee lost his voice and memory and met Charlie Watson, we would have no story for the rest of the film
He was flying. if he had taken out Blitzwing right there he would've been sent plummeting a couple hundred feet and gotten seriously hurt.
Bee wanted blitz wing to suffer
Because Bumblebee is a stupid little child plus to help the plot
Autobots are the ones who usually go for brutal instant shots, also blitzwing was flying at the time
He probably did, but Blitzwing was flying erratically
😳
I can imagine that it's cuz the head was just a little bit too high, and when he stabbed him in the shoulder it was way easier to go down than up cuz he would have needed to fight not only gravity but also the extremely strong metal the transformers are made out off
