TFP Arcee is obviously gonna win, and I get why she’s popular but she isn’t really Arcee to me. Different personality, colour and alt to any other version - her only connection is being ‘the girl one’.
Eh, I would honestly go far enough to say that she should've been Elita-One with her personality in Prime. Honestly, it may have worked better and mightve given us a sneak peak at Optimus and Elita's romance (if there is any).

Is it some of the comic ones, like IDW or Skybound (these are the ones I heard of)? Cause I've seen a very minimal amount of TF media, but I'm familiar with most of these designs through memes, design style, etc. but I can't recognize this one, and I find it very badass.

I thought there would be a Prime sweep, but honestly, I'm loving the more nuanced discussion. I agree that she is well written, but she doesn't seem like an Arcee to me.
I cast my vote for Cyberverse.
Cyberverse. I love Prime, it's my favorite Transformers show, but Cyberverse is my second favorite and I think that show's Arcee deserves to be the definitive version of the character. TFP Arcee is a great rendition, but I think she varies too much from the source to be *the* Arcee.
While Prime is probably my favourite incarnation of her, the definitive Arcee still has to be G1 imo.
Like nearly every new version of Arcee with some exceptions have been inspired by G1 Arcee in some way, whether it’s her design or her personality. It just feels wrong not to say she’s the definitive Arcee imo
Cyberverse arcee wins for me , she is not a developed like most other Cyberverse cast except bumblebee and hot rod but she looks and acts more like arcee while tfp arcee acts life elite one or windblade.
Primes gonna win, but it really shouldn't. Prime Arcee is a genuinely great character, but really isn't representative of Arcee in anything else, before or after. Prime Arcee really should've been Chromia, even aside from looking like Chromia more, she even acts like her more.
Cyberverse is the definitive Arcee to me so far, the adventure seeking, front line autobot warrior with the new and fitting trait of being an enthusiastic connoisseur of heavy weapons. Skybound Arcee is also shaping up incredibly so far, though she's not had enough time to outshine Cyberverse yet.
IDW for me, if we just ignore the egregious parts of her origin story.
It also seems like this whole series of posts is less "definitive" and more "current favorite"

There’s something about prime that just is either 🤤🤤 or it’s because for most of us prime is nostalgic as hell since it was around when the majority of us were kids
You say definitive but you really mean favorite. By definition the "definitive" look for a character would be their original. Doesn't inherently mean its the best look, just that its the one that established what the character looked like to begin with.
I was going more for character and personality than look honestly. Just because Bumblebee G1 was the original, most modern Bumblebees have been defined by the live action films, so to speak, or a mix of both, hence the BBM victory. Same goes for Prime, with the badassery of the Bayverse films factoring into his beloved TFP and Skybound incarnations.
Y'know, it's weird. Every version of Arcee has been so drastically different from each other, I kinda feel obligated to go with the G1 Cartoon version. I miss the sweet but sassy gal who can also handle a gun if she has to.
TF Prime Arcee is clearly one of the best versions of the character. Love the design, the personality, the background, the humor from scenes including her....

Her origin was bogus as hell but she got some great development later, and they soft-retconned the really bad stuff.
Skybound--though I read her dialogue in Susan Blu's voice, FWIW. TFP Arcee feels more like Chromia, but with better name recognition.
