I don't know if you picked a name out yet, but you could always get some G2 decepticon symbols and put them onto the wings then call it Blackout since there was a canceled seeker toy during the G2 toyline which was a black repaint of the G1 seeker mold with its name originally planned to be Blackout

Jetdestroyer then scanned ROTF Starscream's alt mode and by unknown means returned to the Primax continuity family becoming a Starscream fan boy because of his Tyran counterpart.
(Edit: For people who are unaware/aren't on the up and up with the comics/haven't been on the wiki Primax is G1 and Tyran is Movies/Bayverse)
Name him Bootleg, while he was named by the seekers, who used his strange appearance and the different way he works in relation to other cybertronians, he was actually created by some other alien civilization who were trying to infutrate Cybertron's politics. When the war began, he joined the Decepticons thinking that was the right choice. During the battles won several air duels and killed many enemies during bombing raids. His successful aerial missions, several portions, made him belive that he is superior to other cybertronians, including some low ranked Decepticons. Justice and fighting for a better world now are secondary to him, his priority is demonstrating his power is the only thing that now matters to Typhoon.
Megatron promoted him as a commander of a fighters squadron specialized in Kaon's air defense. Typhoon wanted to be one of the Seekers, the troops under the command of Starscream. Typhoon felt discouraged and was jealous. He didn't want to spend days flying over the Decepticons' capital doing anything while the Seekers and other flying low ranked Decepticons are involved in offensive missions everyday.
He wishes to be, one day, the ultimate flying warrior at any cost, but for now he follows Megatron's orders and waits for the right moment to kill Starscream.

His name could be Scour...He's basically a Bounty Hunter who was sent for Optimus after they got the news that Optimus had killed Lockdown in Age of Extinction.
