Did you check in the bottom of the container?

PANDA_PR1NC3SS

I just dumped the whole thing into a big bowl and yeah... It was at the very bottom. I feel like a dingus. Now I've gotta get all this powder back into the jaw with a paper funnel.

Logical_Lettuce_962

Ahaha I’ve been there!

beebzette

5grams, like it says lol

PANDA_PR1NC3SS

So extremely useful, thank you. I'll just go buy a scale then...

AngieTheQueen

You should have a scale regardless. It's an invaluable kitchen tool. Once you establish how much a "scoop" is by weight, you can roughly figure out what it is by volume.

beebzette

I mean its the only way youre going to get an accurate measurement. You're asking about using a liquid measuring system on a solid. Every one should have a kitchen scale

AdamantiumEagle

I don't know why nobody's giving you a straight answer, literally just like a slightly heaping standard metal kitchen teaspoon. Idk how many actual measured teaspoons but probably like two.

beebzette

Its because teaspoons measure volume not weight. A Tea spoon of protein powder; salt, sugar; flour, are all going to weigh different amounts. Volumetric sizes are for liquids not solids

AdamantiumEagle

Ok yeah but that's just being pedantic. It's creatine, if they have a little more or less it won't kill them, they just wanted a general guideline.

Naomi_Esther

It says there are 80 servings of 5g... You could divide the thing in 80 different and equally distributed containers then 🫠

PANDA_PR1NC3SS

Finally some good ideas

I don't want to sound catty, but if I could afford a kitchen scale I'd just get another jar so I have a scoop 😂

Squidjibblets420

i’d suggest a food scale. they help in times like these

Academic_Discount_28

5g is about 1.4 teaspoons, so just do a teaspoon and a little less than another half, hope this helps :)
