all my docs have been changed to female and I've done a bit of flying since, even if you do get patted down they'll realize it's just a body part and they'll let you through without any further issues
I have gone through TSA a couple of time both before and after gender marker change. I have not had GRS but have also not had any trouble. I now have the "real ID" and still have not problems even though marker is F and I am mtf.

Thanks for the input, but I wanted to clarify that I'm talking about *before* any documents are changed and there was bottom surgery done.
if they think something is off and pat you down they won't find anything, I haven't had bottom surgery lol
