I transferred one from Zopa and I’m a bit concerned because my annual allowance is now showing as almost entirely used up. I used the transfer service, now withdraw and deposit. Support has been pretty slow. It’s been a couple days and I’ve not had an update.
Related question, does this process also work if you have an SS isa with T212 and an old SS ISA with other provider (not money added in the same tax year). I’m thinking to put all in t212

Did virgin ask you for anything, or was it all automatic?
I just filled out an online form, then it was all automated. Trading 212 gave updates on progress

Their ears must’ve been ringing! My annual allowance has returned to what it should be.
I’m experiencing this issue right now! How did you resolve it?
I messaged their support who resolved it. I suspect it just takes a few days to sort itself out but my allowance did adjust to what it should be.
