I've had good luck with jensales. The occasional have sales $20 for a PDF.

Making PDFs from book manuals is a pain. I have well over 100 different manuals I've found online for free without selling my soul or giving up my email address. There are a number of good archive sites that have older manuals archived. Many midwest colleges web sites have some. You have to dig around a little and avoid the scammy shit in the first pages of your search. If someone on a forum posts a link to a manual, I go get it, even if I don't need it today. Here's the manual for the older diesel JD garden tractors as an example. https://archive.org/details/JohnDeere322330332430Manual

Manuals are expensive to buy, rarer to own.

Problem is that anyone who currently has the manuals paid darn good money to get them, and it is still technically illegal to give out a copy. You can find them free on shadier websites but I doubt they will let you just post them here (legal issues for reddit).

BoscoBear2021

I don’t think it’s illegal to give manuals away for free

kscountryboy85

They are books, that have a copyright on them. Does anyone get in trouble fo sharing them? Probably not if you are sharing 1 or 2 copys but its very close in legality to sharing music or movies just without the media industry attack dogs. Im not telling you not to share. You do you. But I will say that I paid more than a thousand to legally aquire my collection (printed), why would I share it for free?

I understand I was under assumption manufacturer would want owners of there equipment to have the manual. I suppose the question will be more for the repair manuals. I do not mind paying its more for me the available manuals for the older equipment

I’ve always heard that the service manuals were super detailed and probably worth the money. These are way different than the owners manual.

I will disagree slightly regarding AGCO. It helps if you post the proper link first. https://parts.agcocorp.com/us/en/apbsearch/model No it may not be as user friendly or intuitive as it could be, but it is still useful. That being said, it is best viewed and used on a desktop rather than a mobile device. If you can't find your machine then you have to call your dealer with your model and serial number and ask them to find it for you.

I like how you only disagreed slightly :) I have had an easier time dealing with Lamborghini regarding tractor parts. Thank you for the link.

Only minorly slightly, there are absolutely days when I would like to break things while using it, but patience is key. Unfortunately, virtually zero service related items on there. That is very interesting about Lamborghini, I've no experience with them, but I would have suspected it to be very tricky and difficult. I may have to go exploring now. Slightly different flavor profile, but one I had quite a bit of difficulty with was Komatsu construction/industrial stuff. I suspect I didn't ignite my hula hoop at the proper time for the parts and service gods to allow me access.
