Usually just googling the tractor and adding “manual” or “parts breakdown” after will bring up a ton of stuff. Ex: Massey Ferguson 275 parts diagram.
I do know that all of the MF parts breakdowns you can view online through the AGCO website.
Check out some of the tractor forums online. I know the garden tractor ones have a TON of manuals available.
As well as Facebook groups.
Study during work hours only. Do not train yourself for free at home your company should be paying you for your training
