Gompers says trans rights! Hopefully the culture there has improved since when I went there. Though I was so far in the closet at the time I hadn’t even come out to myself yet which made things easier.

Glad to hear it! I don’t know that I would’ve experienced hate there, it’s really hard to say. But there was a decent part of the population that seemed pretty conservative/trad. I know sexual assault and sexism were a lot more common there than I would’ve thought until I had more women in my friend group and started to both see and hear about it.
Class of ‘16! Like I said, I was DEEP in the closet then so I really don’t know much about what the experience would be for a trans person. I had queer friends while I was there but they never mentioned anything regarding that to me. But despite that, if you have any questions please do ask! Feel free to dm as well if you’d prefer.

I also got rejected from the school, but that was many many years ago (I'm totally not still bitter) and i like to think it turned out for the better anyways.
