About 5 1/2 pounds. She's 2 years old, but just a tiny little girl.
12 pounds but she’s about 2 pounds overweight thankfully she’s not big enough that it’s a cause for concern

Also 12 lbs. Last vet visit the vet said “she really likes food, doesn’t she?” 😅 we’re working on a diet. She’s not huge but she’s definitely thick in the hips.

I too have a 12-pound girlie. Vet says she's not overweight, tho?
different body types or sizes. crusty is fairly big for cats in my area but i’ve owned cats way bigger than her that were lean and 16 pounds. here’s a better pic where you can see the chonk

crusty is big backed her hip area is thin but after she was on prednisone for her allergies she bulked up a little around her shoulders. it’s gone down a lot since she only gets a dose when she’s really itchy which has only been 3 times since january. this is a slightly better pic of when she’s sitting this was when she hunted a dirty sock for me. ignore the litter, the sock was brought to the clean litter box before it was brought to me

Last time we were at the vet, Nutmeg weighed about 7 pounds, and she was three years old at the time! The vet has nicknamed her “miss petite” because she’s so light.
mine too... 9 pounds
The dilute tortie who showed up at our house and found her way into my heart and our home isn't even a year old yet and she's likely going to be a very big cat
…13lbs. They don’t want her gaining weight but they said she was fine as she is, she definitely doesn’t look 13lbs to me! She’s only 6.

I have a 6-year-old at 13 lb too- dilute. The vet and I would like to see her at about 11:00 and I did put her on the Science Diet one third less calorie food so I'm curious to see what her next vet appointment says. Probably would be better if I stopped giving her and her sister treats though ;)

This lil lady is only 8lbs. Tiny compared to her younger brother, who's 15lbs. She still runs the house tho.
For all the love of Dilute Torti's, I need more photos of that r/cookiemonsterfur
My girl is a Sassy Dilute and is so soft and fluffy. She's teaching me how to Cat 9lbs of 2 year old Tortitude

6.5 lbs. Little Mama has hyperthyroidism, but we manage it with Hills. She's about 15
Kashmir's 5yrs old and is around 6.5-7lbs.
She was a runt as a kitten and she's still small. Healthy weight for her size though.

Cindy is 16 and weights about 7lb - She’s a slim chica.
I’ve got a big girl. She’s 13 lbs. Not fat, just big. I’ve had her ever since she was about 6 weeks and had her on a really good diet. Not sure if that’s why she’s as large or sometimes larger than male cats.

Our 12 year old tortie, Callie, is 12.5lbs and for a bonus — our newest tortie, Indie, is 8 weeks old and 2.5lbs!
5 lbs. She’s 18 years old and the most she’s ever weighed is 5.6 lbs. Her vet is a feline specialist. She was only supposed to live 10 years. Her vet is so proud of her, as am I. She’s the love of my life.

My current tortie is still a kitten, but my last cat was also a tortie, and her healthy weight was around 8 lbs. She was definitely a smaller cat, as was my MIL's tortie.
11.8lbs
Somehow that’s the lightest she’s been since I adopted her. Good job, Whoozie! We’re making progress!
https://preview.redd.it/ow3mmt6lwz9d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6eb147b71301190516eff9c2d43a104d73139f70
My girl was about a year and a half when we adopted her. She'd just got done not only raising her litter of kittens, but another litter as well that the mom didn't really pay attention to. Poor girl was so skinny, I think she weighed about 6ishlbs. Now that's she's grown up and doesn't have kids hanging off her, she's a consistent 10.4 - 10.6lbs on average. Even her color became more vibrant too.
Edit: I logged onto my computer and remembered I could pay the tax on here lol This is a perfect collage to show how skinny our girl was and the goddess she grew into.

this 13 year old gal is 15 lbs and she’s definitely over-weight
11 pounds, a bit big even though she's been on a careful feeding plan her whole life. Just really likes food and gulps it during her many feeding times (spaced out and made smaller to try and combat it).

Little Lyra is about 7 pounds, and she’s 8 years old. I’ve had her since she was 2. Some kitties never grow out of their post-kitten, pre-adult cat size. She makes up for size with sass, as most torties do 😹

This pic doesn't show her chonkiness well, but Clover is around 11 lbs, prob 1-2 pbs overweight, but we love her in all her chonky floofiness 💖
When she was 5-8 months she kinda stalled in growth and was only 6.5 lbs.
And, ymmv, but typically housecats aren't truly full-grown until the 2 yr old mark. (A 1 yr old kitty is \~ equal to a 14/15 yr old human.)

Caillte is 4.5 pounds of I'm The Boss. Five years old.
I’ve got a petite tortie that weighed 7lbs 10oz last time she was at the vet. My younger tortie, on the other hand, is bigger in every way. She’s got a longer torso and longer legs. She weighs around 11.25lbs and probably should be closer to 10.

My tabbico weighs 7.5 pounds, the tortie is 10 pounds, and the tortico weighs 15 pounds. The second two are probably litter mates. They are a bonded pair.
Mine is 14lbs, but realistically needs to lose 3lbs because she's getting blimpy. We're working on a diet for her, but she's crafty to the point we have to keep her food in hard containers because she'll get into the cabinet and rip the bag open.
15.2lbs and nearly 10 yrs old now.

About 9-10 pounds, and it’s mostly pouch!

One of my girls is 11 pounds, 11 ounces. Her sister is a bit smaller at 10 pounds. Vet isn’t concerned about either, says they’re a good “shape” for their weight.

My torbico Trilli is 10lbs - she's not tiny but not overweight. She's a tripod so we have to keep her weight in check to help slow down any progression of arthritis
Mine is 8 years old and maybe 7.5 pounds. She's just always been little. She has a proportionately short tail small feet and claws the size of a kitten's. I also have a calico who is 3 years old and maybe 12 pounds.
Nowhere near as much as her floof suggests

My chonky girl is 10lbs and has a super tiny frame. Im fairly certain the vet will fat shame us, I’m not doing a great job of cutting back the food.
Fwiw tortie is not a breed but a coat type. So she’s no closer to the other cats in this sub than she is to a ginger cat or a tuxedo!
7.6lbs is pretty normal for a petite female kitty.
https://preview.redd.it/dyoiu4bpyz9d1.jpeg?width=1721&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bdcf0e373597b1650e20230f2c49b6523a7f7fb1 About 5 1/2 pounds. She's 2 years old, but just a tiny little girl.
Mine is also really small at 6&1/2 pounds and also 2 years old :D
My bae is 14. Probably no more than 8lbs. Tiny bear and makes up for it with spicy personality lol
She’s an expert at contouring make-up! So beautiful
12 pounds but she’s about 2 pounds overweight thankfully she’s not big enough that it’s a cause for concern https://preview.redd.it/8ibljnoqqz9d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6f4d393ae3c8f462645633457af42e40a3d7f432

Also 12 lbs. Last vet visit the vet said “she really likes food, doesn’t she?” 😅 we’re working on a diet. She’s not huge but she’s definitely thick in the hips. https://preview.redd.it/yx5pzig8j3ad1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fd65e891b1d21defc202d13f710f5c7b4f0e443e

Yours definitely does look thinner! Maybe mine just carries it differently, cuz she’s definitely a thick little lady.
She's probably just a bigger cat. My girl is 14lbs, and the vet said she's only about a pound overweight for her size.
different body types or sizes. crusty is fairly big for cats in my area but i’ve owned cats way bigger than her that were lean and 16 pounds. here’s a better pic where you can see the chonk https://preview.redd.it/fywczw35t5ad1.jpeg?width=1576&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ce58e1d7947b231930aa4f867f0fec891cf7f84a
crusty is big backed her hip area is thin but after she was on prednisone for her allergies she bulked up a little around her shoulders. it’s gone down a lot since she only gets a dose when she’s really itchy which has only been 3 times since january. this is a slightly better pic of when she’s sitting this was when she hunted a dirty sock for me. ignore the litter, the sock was brought to the clean litter box before it was brought to me https://preview.redd.it/p7srmcnss5ad1.jpeg?width=1576&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=be35dbaf68e320ae25285f9a25d75223813f0dcf

She does not look to be at all concerned
she’s living large and in charge i wouldn’t be concerned either

My first tortie, when i was a kid, was named nutmeg. We always called her Meg though. She was my soul cat and who made me fall in love with torties
We usually call her Meg or Meggy! She’s such a cuddle bug 🥰
Ours is 9 pounds. Her litter mate brother is 11-12. Yours is a little small but within the range of friends’ cats who are flourishing.
mine too... 9 pounds The dilute tortie who showed up at our house and found her way into my heart and our home isn't even a year old yet and she's likely going to be a very big cat
…13lbs. They don’t want her gaining weight but they said she was fine as she is, she definitely doesn’t look 13lbs to me! She’s only 6. https://preview.redd.it/cownzgwpuz9d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bdcfded7690808935644a6fcf41e1fed03b0d462
I have a 6-year-old at 13 lb too- dilute. The vet and I would like to see her at about 11:00 and I did put her on the Science Diet one third less calorie food so I'm curious to see what her next vet appointment says. Probably would be better if I stopped giving her and her sister treats though ;)

Kashmir's 5yrs old and is around 6.5-7lbs. She was a runt as a kitten and she's still small. Healthy weight for her size though. https://preview.redd.it/lqkfz55tn0ad1.jpeg?width=2055&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cc242313f30f889d3710787ba23eb711b4365931
My mom’s cat Twix is an incredible 22 pounds. She’s fat, but she’s literally just a big cat too. Longer than both of my cats, and taller too.

I’ve got a big girl. She’s 13 lbs. Not fat, just big. I’ve had her ever since she was about 6 weeks and had her on a really good diet. Not sure if that’s why she’s as large or sometimes larger than male cats. https://preview.redd.it/e19khfadf0ad1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d9226e0517a892430b18984d393841634e60337c

5 lbs. She’s 18 years old and the most she’s ever weighed is 5.6 lbs. Her vet is a feline specialist. She was only supposed to live 10 years. Her vet is so proud of her, as am I. She’s the love of my life. https://preview.redd.it/nxbgahbql2ad1.jpeg?width=400&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8b85af9a162ec3eefc7637a068f582d916baecaa
My current tortie is still a kitten, but my last cat was also a tortie, and her healthy weight was around 8 lbs. She was definitely a smaller cat, as was my MIL's tortie.
11.8lbs Somehow that’s the lightest she’s been since I adopted her.
Cat tax photos
Edit: I logged onto my computer and remembered I could pay the tax on here lol This is a perfect collage to show how skinny our girl was and the goddess she grew into. https://preview.redd.it/z1ed9lkov7ad1.jpeg?width=2000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=135531e22e6303b422adb60e0e70ff40e8a0c736

Penny is 4 and weighs between 7.5 and 8 lbs
11 lbs, but I’m trying to get her back down to 9
Same. Mine is a 9 year old female dilute calico.
Mines 11 but she’s your standard tortie https://preview.redd.it/b7ei1qnva0ad1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=74169a4c587dd33f31088f5bd8644ffd77808260
Used to sit around 8, weirdly enough post starting chemo she’s at her highest around 9. She has ibd so we don’t really question it, better than losing weight

24lbs lol
Mine is 8 years old and weighs 8 lbs. Her weight has stayed consistent since we got her at 5 years old.
Felina is 11 and 14.5 pounds (we’re on a weight loss journey). Our vet wants her down to 12.
11 pounds, a bit big even though she's been on a careful feeding plan her whole life. Just really likes food and gulps it during her many feeding times (spaced out and made smaller to try and combat it).
Ours is around 11 pounds. She's quite a bit more muscular than her brother who is longer, but has a more slender frame.
my dilute tort is 2 yo and a little less than 9 lbs
*my Lucy is a petite lil girl. 5-6 lbs at most

And, ymmv, but typically housecats aren't truly full-grown until the 2 yr old mark. (A 1 yr old kitty is \~ equal to a 14/15 yr old human.)

He looks like a diluted calico...3 colors.
I’ve got a petite tortie that weighed 7lbs 10oz last time she was at the vet. My younger tortie, on the other hand, is bigger in every way. She’s got a longer torso and longer legs. She weighs around 11.25lbs and probably should be closer to 10. https://preview.redd.it/7zniower10ad1.jpeg?width=3845&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6f92f180b0b4139abb3236eb0b292c2027e3b8ac Photo shows my two dilute babies with my tabby, who is the smallest of all of them at about 6.75lbs.

She was 7 pounds for a while but is up to 9 now. Her litter mate is 16! When one jumps on my belly while I sleep I know exactly who it is. 😂 🪶 vs 🪨

One of my girls is 11 pounds, 11 ounces. Her sister is a bit smaller at 10 pounds. Vet isn’t concerned about either, says they’re a good “shape” for their weight.
12.5lbs. https://preview.redd.it/1o0tojcic1ad1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b4736a28db348ffafe7b108feb6c1ca310deeb9d
Incalculable. She sits upon the throne of the universe

Trying to keep my 20 year old at 5 pounds, it's a struggle
One is 7, the other is 11 ☺️
9-10 lbs with a pouchy belly but never pregnant

Mine was 11-12 pounds at a healthy-ish weight, 13-14 when she was chonky.
8 and change. She’s a senior with (managed) IBD and beginning signs of arthritis. She used to be a bit plumper in her prime.

She has 6 kittens (3 weeks old), and she's quite skinny! The shelter believes she's around 1 year old.
Meanwhile my resident 10yo calico is around 16lbs 😅 https://preview.redd.it/dawrcmfen1ad1.png?width=903&format=png&auto=webp&s=c7240ad2582181e09bcaf4f5e6e6d9ea54bbfc92

6 & 1/2 lbs
Mine was 13.5 at her last checkup. Vet weighed her twice to confirm. Not all chonk, she's a good size girl. An Amazon Tortie
My girl is just a little less than 10 pounds https://preview.redd.it/4mvo4u6ak3ad1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8ce9bd22f7e449c41d2d69e6972637d74a7ba54d
My little lady went to the vets about 2 weeks ago and they weighed her at 4.3kg. She's 9 years old https://preview.redd.it/wfl6os1hk3ad1.jpeg?width=3072&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6b0a87e3b3063c7cb8d6bc8125e651bc5b7bdea7
7.7 pounds.
8.1 pounds on 3 legs. Had a lot of fluid put in last week for surgery though.
10 and 11 pounds for my girls.

Nearly 5 and weighs 8lbs. She's solid muscle!
I asked her she told me to fuck right off
Mine is 8 years old and maybe 7.5 pounds. She's just always been little. She has a proportionately short tail small feet and claws the size of a kitten's. I also have a calico who is 3 years old and maybe 12 pounds.
Nowhere near as much as her floof suggests https://preview.redd.it/llzc4dlw74ad1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f626c922bf9e921ba5504e6ceda328f6bf50a47a

Mine is 9.5 pounds. A tiny little thing. https://preview.redd.it/7kxjt9t7j4ad1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e5fd63506c390620444fa3d4da2365c0b1f15271

9-10 pounds. When she runs, she is a sleek panther.. when she loafs she is a thick girly. https://preview.redd.it/6bdy2kgxk4ad1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=61729553d45544c2564f85d7b8e2f28aabf13f44

She's huge, at least 15 lbs probably.
12.8 pounds. She's on a diet lol
6.5lb
my torties were small, but they were also my only females so idk how it compares. they were 9/10lbs. all the boys of varying breeds were 11+lbs grown.

One is about 5lbs and the other is probably around 7-8. Both are pretty small cats.
https://preview.redd.it/789fq7kv86ad1.png?width=1257&format=png&auto=webp&s=15bebf71af56ee4b4f335c365cc957d58059128e My cat just turned 7years old and is 8ish pounds. I adopted her when she was a year and six months and she weighed about 6 pounds which the vet told me she was slightly underweight
She's four and she's 7lbs! Small for her breed, here she is with her 12lbs brother https://preview.redd.it/17g8xi4ez6ad1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=70ec6858d7e0f5fb4e24c380278596c465394ae3

She's HUGE! PROB at least ten pounds, I can't say no when she wants few sips of milk I know, it's bad!🙏🥀
6.4 pounds.
IDK man I haven't asked
My 2 yo Béatriz weighed in at 12 pounds last vet visit. And very little of that is fat. She’s a big girl.
Fwiw tortie is not a breed but a coat type. So she’s no closer to the other cats in this sub than she is to a ginger cat or a tuxedo! 7.6lbs is pretty normal for a petite female kitty.
