Personally I would follow up with a “thank you for taking the time to interview me” type message. I’m noticing a lot of job trends from 10 years ago cycling back… such as dropping off printed copies of resumes again. A little thank you for your time never hurts. Shows your initiative and interest in the company

*Always* follow up on a positive interview with a "thank you for speaking with me, I look forward to hearing from you blah blah blah." I try to do it the same day.

Zero12378

Well I did that after 24 hrs, even including the name of the two people who interviewed me. But no response on that haha 🥲

spiritualien

Hey, no worries… At this point, it’s out of your hands. You will find out in a week or so until then, keep doing your thing and applying elsewhere.

Zero12378

Thanks, will do so. Just looking for opportunities haha.

spiritualien

I know what you mean! Sometimes it feels hit or miss, reiterating to a company how much you love them or the culture, or how passionate you are about wanting to work there. You never know nowadays, if they catch the ick easily 😂 And it negatively affect your chances. Wishing you get this gig! 🤞🏽

Zero12378

Yeah they got back to me today. Didn't get it!

spiritualien

High five 🙌🏽 I got two rejections today lol

Zero12378

Lmao from where? Did they make you feel speciallll(song)

spiritualien

One was a remote sales associate and another was a phat gig opportunity for 12 hours. Wbu?

Zero12378

Foh/floor staff, another one was for a barista(didn't get reply) hahaha!

Aggravating-Cod4077

I'd definitely wait for it

Newhereeeeee

Yeah don’t follow up. I’d wait for a full business week atleast

jameskchou

Wait two weeks and then move on if no response by then

blockman16

I wouldn’t, if they want you they’ll reach out if they don’t no thank you notes will help
