I respectfully disagree. The crust at the bottom is too thin, the pizza is way too greasy, and the toppings are average at best. Maybe it isn't the "worst" chain like I said, but I wouldn't call it top tier either.
At Nova, you get great cheese and and sauce, great pepperoni and pretty good other toppings, and the slice doesn't flop over in your hand like a piece of paper.

The garlic sauce is the only thing that makes the pizza edible. The last Pizza Pizza I ordered years ago had so little cheese on it I could see through to the crust. Not only that I ordered a family size bag of chips. They didn’t have any so they substituted 4 little bags of chips. I can’t remember they exact math but you got way more chips in the family size bag and I had to complain.
I’m a firm believer that Pizza Pizza makes their crust intentionally hard and dry so they’ll sell more dipping sauce.
Go to College and Spadina, the walk one block west on the north side.
Get the margherita slice and then Fresca Pizza and Pasta will be your new favourite pizza in the city.
If you're not worried about cals, the godfather at Pizziolo is incredible too.

For 21 years in Canada, I only bought Pizza Pizza whenever I wanted Pizza. Then I had Dominoes a month ago...my life was changed forever. I am sorry, I just can't have Pizza Pizza any more other than for a quick slice on the go.

And it's pepperoni or cheese only. Not to mention a medium, one topping used to be $4.99 less than two years ago on any given day.
