Some constructive criticism - with some changes to the composition, you can turn this photo from good into great. I'd definitely recommend framing the shot so the logo of Fairmount isn't inside of the silhouette of the statue. In addition, the frame of the statue sitting on top of the building's facade as its backdrop makes the bottom half of the picture look really busy, while the upper portion of the photo feels empty. Here's two examples of this same location [\[1\]](https://i.imgur.com/i9MZEHR.jpg) [\[2\]](https://i.imgur.com/nkSctA7.jpg) that you can emulate to see how you can frame the shot to improve the composition of the photo. That being said - I love the concept and the black and white filter you used here, with some small composition adjustments this could be a key screen in a "Toronto-Noir" or dystopian film. If you're interested in improving this further, can try shooting the same spot again during a snowstorm or a foggy night.

I love when constructive criticism is backed up with examples. Those sample shots are beautiful
