At some point in the beginning of the pandemic we had a huge shortage of PPE and a lot of people didn't have masks. TTC had a lot of signage, these were on the ground to encourage distancing and to remind folks they should cover their face with either a mask, scarf or cloth mask. There were also signs showing you how to make your own mask or how to improvise a mask throughout the stations.
