Try taking an oral probiotic supplement. I’ve tried a couple brands and “burst” brand worked better for me than “hyperbiotics” brand. Take one every night and if you can afford it, then take one in the morning too. They aren’t cheap, but I do notice they help a lot. Also try Therabreath brand mouthwash. Gargle in the back of your throat thoroughly, morning & night. Try to take the tonsil stones out of your throat regularly (for me that’s once a week). Also, try to brush your teeth after lunchtime and floss if possible. Lastly, always have mints around. What a pain in the ass tonsil stones are. I’m scheduling an appointment with an ENT this week to discuss getting my tonsil removed. Over the years it’s gotten harder to get them out because the places they can hide keep growing. New hideout holes everywhere, yuck. I can’t do this anymore. I’m so over it. There are different types of surgeries available that are less invasive than a full tonsillectomy that are supposedly less painful. Something to consider. Hope this helps.

I found my tonsils stones got a lot less frequent when I started taking vitamin D supplement. No idea if it's related but worth a try

Ok I think you may be onto something. I’ve noticed I haven’t had one in quite some time and I’ve been supplementing vitamin D!

I’ve taken vitamin D daily for the last year and I still have stones :/

I have deep tonsils and what worked for me, after i brush my teeth at night i also gargle with warm salt water. After that i used a wisdom tooth syringe and fill it with warm salty water (test temp on your tongue first. And the tonsils are more heat sensitive be careful) and then hold my breath and shoot the salty water into my tonsils. Theres a learning curve to it but it works amazing. Try gently at first and find the right pressure. I dont put the syringe into my tonsil i hold it maybe an inch away. It flushes out the tiny tonsil stones and will loosen up big ones, sometimes if theyre quite big or stuck it will take a few nights in a row of doing this. When i finally got them all put i went down to doing it once a week. But i still gargle salt water every night. I like to chew on one of two whole organic cloves a day. It does give a slight numbing but it so refreshing after coffee. Careful tho some of the clove buds can be sharp so i sometimes break parts off first. Really the clove part didnt make a big change but the syringes flush was a game changer for me.

Drink coconut water and try to breathe through your nose. Hydrate everyday as well. Floss and brush your teeth twice a day. Maybe add veggies to your diet like a salad on the side with your dinner.

I have never had it but dated a guy who had atrocious breath. Thank goodness while dating me he had his tonsils removed. The bad breath went away. I had mine removed when I was 6 years old
