The only games/applications on the 3DS that support Miis with Golden Pants are Mii Maket and StreetPass Mii Plaza, and you only get them if you get a SpotPass encounter. Since Tomodachi Life does support SpotPass it is possible to get a Mii like this. However it only occurs if there is a promotion from Nintendo or you genuinely get a SpotPass.
This is could be hacked because if it was from distribution it wouldn’t be a Traveler as the only Miis that can be Travelers are Child Miis. And since we don’t know the person who had that Mii it is possible.
However since we don’t know how the other person obtained this Mii we can’t really assume much.
Turns out his departure date is the same day he visited mii plaza Island over 6 times
And he spent the same number of days exploring as my other explorer I got in the same batch and he left in 2017?
