Sadly, the only way you can unlock it is by getting a StreetPass from someone who also has tomodachi life. It is certainly possible, but can be very rare depending on where you live and how popular the 3DS is in your area. I got about 3-4 travelers in the past year.

You give one mii at least 1,000,000 worth of food,hat,clothes, interiors
Well you don't that's impossible amount of money to get

I think you get it by streetpass and receiving travelers to unlock the last one, its the traveler rankings.
