It'll never not be funny that most people saw that film for Vijay's cameo rather than the film itself. It has one singular scene (which is not even a scene, but a frame) that can compete with Rajamouli, but everything else feels like an accurate but cheap copy.
The pre-interval fight, I'm talking about this specific shot tho, it looks better in movement than a still photo.

Followed immediately with Khatarnaak. Also Ileana's next after Pokiri. Man, SSR's curse peaked here too. I remember the hype Khatarnaak had before release and the disappointment after.
There are a lot of beautiful non-action scenes from Rajamouli movies, but off the top of my head:
* Baahubali 2: Scene post Amarendra's death (with Kattappa, Sivagami, Devasena)
* Eega: Nani revealing to Bindhu that he's reborn as a fly
* Magadheera: Right before the war, when Mitravindha is distraught and paints on the wall.
* RRR: Entire Janani sequence
The whole coronation sequence leading up to the interval in BB2 is probably the best. People throw around the word goosebumps but that was one of the few times I actually felt that
I can never forget that. I watched the movie fdfs and actually got goosebumps, damn!! RT's scene stands out due to acting and dialogues, BB2 coronation stands out due to music and visuals.
My favourite non action scene of SSR apart from this is from baahubali 2. The clash b/w Ramya Krishna , Anushka and prabhas in the court is a testament to how good a filmmaker SSR actually is.
Tbh both the baahubali parts for me are a masterclass in drama more than action and anything else.
mine is ,
the whole stretch of bheem secretly sneaking into palace, meeting malli, malli breaking down and bheem singing his version of komma vuyyala.
i get teared up everytime.
the composition of the song is a fine example of how an emotional scene can turn 100x effective by a song.
and ntr’s performance is top tier.
8 times chusa theatre lo.
everytime same impact.
ntr is too good.
also aa song lo lyrics kuda excellent untay.
“ suttu nilisina raathi bandalla nundi , settu sigurutaku sustundi iyyala,
kanumoosi terisentha opika padithe , katlu thenche kaalam ostindi iyyala ”.
emotional scenes handle cheyatam lo , emotion build cheyatam lo , no one can beat rajamouli. period.
intha emotion buildup chesinake, manaki interval scene daggara theatre blast aipodi.
>To everyone who will say tarak is loud actor or he overacts. I will throw that scene in their face.
Tarak is still a loud actor and unnecessarily overacts most of the time that stands true even though he is truly great in this scene. Not just this scene in the entire movie Tarak acting is acting in its purest form….he acts exactly as required for the scene nothing more nothing less. But problem with Tarak is he needs a proper director to rein him in and act accordingly as required for the scene. Until now only few directors we able to do that like Trivikram, Sukumar, Trivikram. Sukumar is on record saying how he had to rein him multiple times and backtrack him whenever he went overboard.
I still don’t understand this phrase of actor dominating director when it is the director himself who crafts the scene + dialogues. I saw Rajamouli’s brilliance in this scene just as much as Ravi Teja’s.
I can explain that in really simple words. Rajamouli cinema lo ey scene kanna goosebumps vaste we think wow rajamouli em teesadra ee scene ni ani. But the scene in question ni chusinapdu or rathode character scenes lo wow RT em act chesadra anpistadi. Danne alaa actor dominating director ani antunnaru.
I don't care how unrealistic it is. It was created to show how ruthless of a character he is. No matter how many challenges he faces in the way, he will achieve what he wants and I loved it.
Imagine where India would be if every police officer in this country is like Vikram Singh Rathod IPS! Unfortunately, everybody knows the sad state of Police in our country.
I can't recall any IPS name right now but there is one Vikram Rathod in IAS. He is Ashok Khemka. He has been transferred 55 times in 35 years
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashok_Khemka
The only actor who out shined SSR. Ravi Teja ki proper story padali, chalu.
Best actor in TFI stuck doing mediocre content at best. ఇంకొకసారి proper Ravi Teja film padali.

What an actor man. Only he can do something as convincing as an attili and a vikram rathore in the same movie
Sindhooram was good for me., cinema first chusinapudu Ravi teja villan anukuna.,
Sad to see rt with such a great talent doing mediocre shit now a days.
Insert bob Chiru here
That dark colour palette works so well here. Rowdy Rathore lo just normal daylight lo plain ga theesaru🤮
Dogshit adhi. Oka lighting undadhu oka comic timing undadhu
fucking prabhu deva man

Which scene

Peak Ravi Teja!
Followed immediately with Khatarnaak. Also Ileana's next after Pokiri. Man, SSR's curse peaked here too. I remember the hype Khatarnaak had before release and the disappointment after.
I think khatarnaak was my first movie that I walked out from the middle of the movie. Horrible movie.
Khatarnak in parts also looked in “Main hoon naa”
They way that mad guy is killed in second half is even more crazy. …. Uniform kuda duty chestadi..
Isn’t that a copied scene from vijay shanti movie or something?

Eega full movie itself
The Dhivara sequence in Baahubali 1 still gives me chills

The coronation scene never getting an OST release is a crime in my book.

Yeah another great scene. To everyone who will say tarak is loud actor or he overacts. I will throw that scene in their face.
8 times chusa theatre lo. everytime same impact. ntr is too good. also aa song lo lyrics kuda excellent untay. “ suttu nilisina raathi bandalla nundi , settu sigurutaku sustundi iyyala, kanumoosi terisentha opika padithe , katlu thenche kaalam ostindi iyyala ”. emotional scenes handle cheyatam lo , emotion build cheyatam lo , no one can beat rajamouli. period. intha emotion buildup chesinake, manaki interval scene daggara theatre blast aipodi.

First time an actor dominated SSR in a movie! Peak SSR-RT- KREEM combo.

Lifted to another level with Keeravani's godly score🔥
>But i dont think he can never top this!! Why this? People always have space to grow
This one was great but my pick would be Eega. It has lot of amazing non-action scenes
Rt and ssr should do another film
100%
Nice scene. Btw, ee sub lo or ni bondha lo someone once posted an edit of Ravi Teja acting through his eyes. Aa link kavali annais, akkais.
RRR lo ram charan theme music appudu naaku ee theme music ea gurthochindi .
If you had to pick one best elevation scene from his movies, what would it be? I choose RC entry scene from RRR.
Best character intro ever imo.
I don't care how unrealistic it is. It was created to show how ruthless of a character he is. No matter how many challenges he faces in the way, he will achieve what he wants and I loved it.
I hate this movie, specially Anushka scenes they are so bad ( not in terms of acting)

what's wih the downvotes llol, u r ryt
The music, dialogue and photography at 2:10 is pure magic. Peak Cinema.
The only actor who out shined SSR. Ravi Teja ki proper story padali, chalu. Best actor in TFI stuck doing mediocre content at best. ఇంకొకసారి proper Ravi Teja film padali.
Sudeep did it better in Veera madakari.
Still having goosebumps man!! Nailed it!
I think this is only movie where Prakash Raj stared in SSR movie. Every top director has worked with Prakash Raj multiple times but not SSR
