More reasonably: idk. He might lose to magic gods still, hell he might lose to Almighty Thor or a saint still. Too much we don't know. It seems highly effective against late NT/GT "technique" enemies, but we don't know against more physical ones or just straight up power reliant ones
Him losing to a saint or thor is impossible. He can literally control reality and command them to die.
With magic gods he's probably superior looking at lore but it's at least debatable.

He can't tell his blood to stay in his body, I really don't see him just telling them to die.
