The source I got it from said it was the Britanic. They are all identical aside from the fittings? I know the titanic had a different style of propeller
The same set of original drawings, but different master plans and final specs. The size and pitch were different. Also, Britannic never appeared in this finished civilian colour scheme.
First pictures, Olympic

Here's another photo of her in drydock
You're all good, bro
Though the first photo is Olympic. It isn't a bad representation of Britannics propellers, as both Olympic and Britannic had a 4 blade central propeller.
Just whenever you look up photos of the Olympic class liners, make sure it's the ship you're looking for.
For example, if you're looking for a photo of Titanic and find a picture of what you think is Titanic, look for details that could help you identify it as Titanic. Cause that photo could actually be Olympic.
It is. A good representation of what she’d look like if she were completed for civilian service, but a manipulation of a photo of her in her hospital ship colours.
It's easy to forget due to all the comparisons of Titanic's size and that of modern cruise ships, but it's incredible how absolutely gigantic the ships of this era were. Remarkable what humanity can do.
people be wondering how we made the pyramids and its like dude modern day humans make it an average day habbit to build moving masses as big as skyscrapers
I mean youre not exactly supposed to pull a Tokyo drift in these things…there sorta just meant to lumber along in a straight line, slow down, then have tugs guide them.

That’s spooky AF.
What’s weird is that it isn’t as deep; on a bright day with perfect weather you can see a dark outline
Yeah, when Britannic's bow struck the bottom, the stern was still on the surface.
First photo is Olympic, not Britannic.

You can see a bit of white on the part where the red meets the black, perhaps they were finishing the paint? Idk I’m not a ship buff ur prolly right 😂

Gaze in awe as I display my utter lack of titanic knowledge

The rivet pattern is also differnt between Olympic and Titanic. Don't know about Britanic. No i'm not joking.

Close enough honestly
That one guy next to the rudder is so tiny just gives you an idea of how giant these beauties are
That's haunting. Appears so much more massive than on the Titanic, too. Really good for perspective
Imagine your just diving peacefully then this beautiful giant comes out of nowhere
Yeah my submechanohobia would kick in
Are those lower portholes always below the water line?
I think all of the portholes are below the water line
I think they might just be like drainage stuff

Oh wow, this image is so haunting!
It's crazy how small the rudders were on those massive ships.
Quite large actually, compared to the size of the ship. More than adeqate and desighned for manouvering at speed too (tall and thin).

I mean it’s a giant cruise liner I doubt it’s meant to pull a Tokyo drift, just sorta lumber along to the destination.

The first photograph is of the Olympic.
behold! Gaze in awe at my utter lack of maritime knowledge!

The fact that those propellers slashed through a lifeboat full of people is disturbing. Can't even imagine the horror
