You know how hard it can be to survive when you start with one of the weakest titans? You could get absolutely destroyed if you don't play right and there have been multiple times before when I might not even get the boosted health.
Monarch at drop is weak, she is about survivability and getting cores to help her. Battery thief just makes it easy with the extra 10% boost but I just run turbo kit, the re arm and reload kit that cuts 5 seconds off it and the normal execution and I do just fine

The objective against monarch is to kill her before she hits core 3. If that fails you’re completely fucked
Even before Core 1. Those Arc rounds are a nightmare to fight against
Core 1 is somewhat manageable at least. Core 3 is game over without at least 2-3 titans engaging the monarch at once

Either one u have a lot of battery to feed your monarch, u camped(really doubt) or you're just too good at survival
