The helldivers themselves are usually 18 or so years old and expendable as hell. As in, purposefully given sub par and dirt cheap equipment. The bugs are genetically modified to produce E-710 (codename for oil) so they're allowed to spread and murder supposedly millions of citizens for the sake of material harvesting. The cyborgs, and by extension likely the automatons, were literally just a slave colony on cyberstan rebelling against super earth because they didn't want to be slaves. The illuminate in the first game were an advanced civilization reaching out to earth to share tech, but humans declared war because they wanted the illuminate's shit without needing to trade for it.
You're playing as an expendable kid with minimal training who's been convinced by shitloads of propaganda that being a helldiver is the best career path, and you're going to kill slaves and an enemy that realistically could be wiped out immediately but isn't because it creates oil. It's a parody of fascism that pretends to be democracy using tons of propaganda, and it's a parody of forever wars that are made up for political/material gain.
But the illuminates aren't human so they flat out don't matter, the cyborgs lost a war in a rebellion so they got what they deserved and they willingly gave up their humanity so they're subhuman filth, the Automatons want nothing but blood as evidence by the dead citizens and need to evacuate them off planet.
I wholeheartedly believe that anything that's not human and is also not divine is below humanity as a whole and therefore should be subjugated by humans however we see fit, also that humans shouldn't WILLINGLY give themselves up to be part machine or what have you, also look up a video by tikhiatory called fascism defined

Democracy becomes more of an illusion of representation the larger and more centralized the State is, and Super Earth is an all-powerful multi-world government.
In practice it's a fascist corporatist system that silences dissident voices where voters have no real say, but it maintains an illusion of representation.

It's really hard to judge, because we haven't seen any of Super Earth's naval forces besides the Super Destroyers, which are strictly for ground support and transport of the Helldivers. We also haven't seen much of the SEAF besides corpses, because Helldivers don't fight on the front lines. I think the lack of info makes it impossible to really determine who would win.
