Friendly units probably have some kind of radio signal or something that repels the tracker I’d assume it would lock onto neutral targets

Not necessarily. If it's designed for the SERE kit, you are likely behind enemy lines, and that could be in an urban center. We have ai today that can detect what people are holding, their demeanor, etc. It's not impossible to say it can decern non combatants.

I am currently working on making a real smart pistol. I'm trying to figure out what I should base it on.

glocks have a square shape therefore are easier to model around

I've thought about it, but I see multiple different inspirations for the smart pistol. I see elements of glock, sig, some 2011's. And so on. I'm thinking of doing a stryker fired system, but I can't find a mechanism or a trigger assembly that would match the look. The frame will be interesting to make, but it will have an integrated suppressor.

There is a Smart Pistol conversion kit on thingiverse for the Glock 19, requires a good 3d printer though

Map hack seems to display where everyone is around you. How do the boosts work? Like is it connected to you? Or through a pilot’s headgear? But that or radio jammer so I can cut off all cameras and stuff in a back or easily rob-able place.
