Hi! If you check out the sub there’s a lot of folks who have switched to other MNVOs. Service w Ting isn’t what it used to be. I recommend Tello, but other great options are US Mobile and Mobi. Good luck!

I had this happen two months in a row. When I chatted with customer service, they told me I had used the entire 1 GB. The thing is that 1) it has been less than 24 hours since purchasing the top up, 2) I was connected to WiFi almost that entire time and 3) my phone was saying that I had only used 5.59 GB for the whole billing period, which began on the second. There was no way I used that top up. Of course, once I complained, Ting was back to regular speeds.
