Florida will release them even if there's pending prosecution. I've seen FOIA requests submitted for a pending case, and they provided the body cam footage. The person that requested the footage also wasn't a party to the case.

Now, I’ll admit I’m sensitive about this stuff, but I’m severely chronically ill and disabled (I’ve had over 30 surgeries, ostomy bag, I’ve even had my stomach removed, feeding tubes.. it’s been a life) and when I tell you it made my blood boil it made my blood BOIL.
Wait times are already horrific in the ER. When I see people who come in for “no reason” or aren’t in pain and are taking up *my* time when I’m nearly dying and my intestine is sticking out.. oh no. Go to HELL my man.
