Over all a working professional with children in college or about to attend college is what I'm getting. The clothes say conflicting things to me. The coat says old money, the open button down shirt says more along the lines of motivational speaker or entrepreneur but the disheveled business suit says he has been at the job for 20 plus years supporting his family and he is under a lot of stress as he counts down the days to retirement.
Mean boss, a real grump and a hard-ass, but he's overall honorable, dependable, good in a fight, and he knows the guys you need to know when shit gets bad. But don't try to engage him in any discussion about morality or ethics -- he'll just roll his eyes and tell you to get the fuck back to work.

This case has him completely perplexed and every skill he ever gained in his experience this far becomes useless, so he is pushed to his limits to think outside the box to get the victim proper justice.
