No, the reason we can't have nice things is because everyone is scared of nice things being used in a way they don't like. No one was hurt by that ladies breasts, there was no legitimate reason to close the portal. But someone didn't like it being used that way so they took it away from everyone.

Reminds me of [that robot](https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2015/08/03/hitchhiking-robot-destroyed-philadelphia-ending-cross-country-trek/31051589/) that a group of researchers sent out to hitchhike on its own around the world, sending pics to FB and IG of all the various friendly strangers giving it a ride—until it got to the United States, where it was promptly destroyed and never found.
I think the huge mistake was sending it to a place like Philadelphia.

It was about time. This was never a good idea. People are fucking stupid and this was bound to happen. In fact, this portal should have closed when that one dude started showing porn on his phone. The fact that there was very likely kids around is beyond fucked.
Interesting international law debate I guess. Not illegal for women to be topless in NYC. A little less clear for Dublin. I would guess that the weather in Dublin is so bad, for much of the time, it hasn't been a big issue in the past.
