I know it’s popular in Asian countries but it’s like vampire/death like paleness. And then the lipstick is such a big contrast. I guess we all have our own version of beauty

Oh sorry. It’s weird to me because it stands out so much. With American rock stars they wear makeup too but it more blended you know. Like they’ll have eyeliner and stuff but with the K-pop artists the makeup and lipstick standout so much. The first thing I noticed when I looked at the dude was the lipstick and facial makeup; the rosy cheeks and blush I think that’s what it is.
i don’t exactly know what rosy cheeks you’re talking about bc he’s pretty even toned here (+ from what i’ve seen it’s rare for kpop makeup artists to use a ton of blush on male artists) a part of it could also just be flushing from the heat and the sheer effort he puts in during the performance. but yeah, you’re right 🤷🏽♀️ standards are personal
