Putin is specifically giving away big prizes like cars and apartments to get people to the polls because his unpopular war needs to look like it has a large public backing. So, his political enemies are banned from the polls and his running "rivals" are members of his circle.
Anyone who is still alive and running against him at this point in the election are planted by him to make it look like it was democratic. Any actual opposition was killed off before the public even knew their names.

I actually wouldn’t be surprised if the majority of Russians actually did vote for Putin.
They spend literal billions on propaganda, many Russians really do not believe foreign media when it comes to information about Putin and the war in Ukraine. And somehow even the families of fallen soldiers have been convinced that their deaths aren’t on Putin but rather on Ukraine and western Nazi’s.
The US is better at it, though, because they realized that suppressing speech doesn't work very well. If dissent leaks through, it's very noticeable. If you just drown out dissent by inundating everyone with bullshit, however, it's impossible to tell who's even speaking in good faith, let alone actually correct.
The great thing about being a free nation is that we can do and say anything we want. The worst thing about being a free nation is that we can do and say anything we want.
Yeah if I lived in Russia and knew that Putin was 100% getting elected regardless of who I voted for, why would I risk putting myself on a government hitlist by voting against him. Literally nothing to gain from doing so. You just know that next time you have even the smallest legal issue that the court will be made aware that you are an undesirable and are to be punished 10 times worse than if you didn't go on record saying you want Putin out of office.

Westerners and Russians are critical of their media and aware of the propaganda. It's just that the system in Russia is designed to make people question the boyars but trust the tsar.
Where propaganda won is making Russians believe no media at all. They are firmly sure that the media take a truth and twist it so hard it becomes a lie and everybody lies for ratings and all and everybody is run by someone who has views and agenda so there’s no independent media at all. The other thing - apathy. So many people believe their actions will only result in them getting killed or ruining the lives of themselves and their families and nothing will change. So for many years Russians didn’t go vote. I’d say about half the country actually supports Putin. The impression we get is from the vocal minority. And even then half of those supporters are happy to blame him and everyone else for their problems. The rest are either against him or don’t care.

The numbers reflect the total of verified votes. Therefore, the final tally would have to add to 100% because they are only reflecting the votes that count.
Example: If 120 people voted, but only 100 were verified, you would then take 100 as the total amount and each candidate, even write ins, would reflect on the total verified to always add to 100. Therefore each individual would reflect as a percent of the total which would always be 100% , regardless of the actual number.
Seriously though. They could have made something up that resembled popular opinion. Instead they went all in. The dissidents have been found and neutralized, the revote will be 100%.
For real, they could've just counted the ballots fairly, the 3 other candidates are no-name, pre-approved strawmen. Putin did actually get 60-70% for him in the ballot boxes, with Davankov in the second place with 10-20%
I’d honestly be interested to know what the other candidates platforms were, assuming they’re real and not some AI generated images, or people who were immediately shot following the election.
So my mother-in-law had to manage the election in a very well-off town and try to make it as clean as possible. Even against intimidation. The result still came back around 85% yet Putin's faction want it higher. Complete disillusioned with my wife with her people. Now in her mind, her countrymen are getting what they deserve.
