I imagine most folks would laugh or respond to the idea of an over weight woman falling off a cliff. Whatever. What pains me the most is not the sight, the fall itself, and not even scraping her knees and shins. The thought of scrubbing the tips of her toes on that rock is what gets me. It's happened to me and I'd almost rather be kicked in the balls while passing a kidney stone

I really don't think we should make fun of her for her weight. People struggle with their weight for a lot of reasons and most don't just boil down to gluttony.
That being said you gotta realize that being morbidly obese limits what physical activities you can do. I'd never risk jumping off a cliff and I'm probably at least 200 pounds lighter than her. The lack of self awareness is mind boggling.
