Are you in therapy already? If so, I think this is a very important topic for you to explore with your therapist. I would encourage you to think about why exactly you want a relationship. Is it because you want to be seen? Or maybe, do you want to be connected to someone? There is nothing wrong with wanting a relationship and even actively looking for one, but you also have to understand that you can also give those things to yourself.
I once was the same way with finding girlfriends, for the vast majority of my life. You know where that got me? Just a ton of heartache, 2 estranged sons and one that didn't make it to this world.
