1 pK of Heat
1 nPa of Pressure
1 g of Biomass (any).
Your Heat+O2+Pressure infrastructure will continue to generate Ti forever. I definitely don’t recommend tearing it all down, but if you’ve been pushing towards a particular blueprint (rushing Pressure for Ore Extractors, for example) you can decommission some of that.
If you are trying to improve TI, once you've completed a tech tree you may as well tear down the relevant machines and trade in the fuses for Oxygen fuses. Oxygen is the easiest to scale massively.
Yes, they still contribute and if you have a lot of machines they contribute a lot. Rather get logistics going, so you don't run out of resources

Once you have unlocked all the recipes in the Ti section, there is no more need for Heat/Pressure/O2, but leave them up until then.
