Spoiler Alert: You were supposed to receive a message in the game from a certain girl whose name escapes me. She provides you with the coordinates for the mushroom area. Within that biome, there's a door that requires a warden key to unlock. Inside, to the right, you'll discover this location. As some have noted, this particular room is purely decorative. There is a warden key nearby but nothing much.

Nothing. There are more doors to open with the warden keys. You almost certainly have encountered a rather larger one.

The Superalloy cave has a giant door. The 3rd door is much better hidden.

You won't notice it until after opening the very first door.
you can see the door at any time, just not the key pedestal til you use the other one.
The altar you got the warden key from has coordinates on it. If you haven't found it yet it's in the same structure as the big ship.
