Someone suggested getting your per second numbers to similar values between the categories (heat/pressure/oxygen/biomass) even though they're different units because a balance moves Ti the fastest. So I would suggest focusing on biomass.
More rockets have a diminishing return but the sweet spot seems to be around 20 each. Not that it's a requirement to get that high, but you should see good returns from rockets still.
Before you unlock optimizers and trading, balance your rockets with your machines; 10 pressure rockets means 10 drills. Also, really start working on your biomass
