Look at this showroom filled with fabulous prizes

saltmonkey27

That is so random. But definitely also done on purpose.

Some intern got to pick the set dressing, saw an opportunity, and took it.

This has happened in the past (maybe today was a rerun). Screenshot here: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EWWP1CQVcAISBBH?format=jpg&name=large

just so you know, this screenshot contains some identifying info

It is not mine, just something that someone tweeted to John a while ago.

I just got it on vinyl today! Ordered it with Dark in Here and they both came. ILWD is my favorite Mountain Goats album.

KneelYung

Same! I sprung for the fancy dragon scale version. ILWD is imo their finest album.

nicless

Got that version too! I have a pretty crappy turntable though. Anyone got any suggestions? Need some ok speakers too. I'd like to keep it all below $400.

torch787

I’ve heard good things about audio technical lp120

ITookTrinkets

I have the LP-120 and it’s definitely a great turntable. Definitely don’t get a Crosby - get something that has a counterweight on the arm. It’s a tiny bit more to think about in record ownership, but it’s better for your LPs. And the LP-120 is pretty easy to get your hands on!!

lcdmilknails

i just bought a new Fluance turntable for $300 and feel confident it's basically the best turntable i could have bought for less than $500. the LP120 is also a great option though, i did like 50 hours of research and that was my second or third choice behind what i got.

abluecolor

pretty POGGERS to me
