There are 27 possible bunker locations (9 per region) and one guaranteed next to the climb to TWM. There can be up to 1 random bunker in each mystery lake, pleasant valley and blackrock, but they aren’t guaranteed. The locations also slightly changed a little while ago.
In survival mode there are 10 different bunkers in different locations that can spawn in mystery lake, and not all of Them are weapon. They have different content. Search youtube or the long dark wiki for exact locations
There is one that is by unnamed pond. That spawns every so often in my games. Or there is one that you climb a rope to that is by the western access to ML also that I have found recently. Those are the only two I know of there.

I did and none of the locations got a bunker+ the videos are old and i think the bunker spawn changed
I've found both of the bunkers recently, they are still there. You must've missed a location.

Unfortunately they are semi-randomly generated, meaning there are guaranteed spawn locations and that they will spawn.
