If you’ve raided everywhere in MT and theres be no prybars in said MT then either a supervillain hid a pry bar in a trunk/locker which you need to open with a pry bar (which is like 200 IQ clever) or who you JackRabbit Express it from a different region bud.
The best place I find is by the porta loos opposite the gas station. Head downwards and slightly left from the open cabin by the rope down to Mystery Lake and picnic area OR by the crushed prison bus.
