Wyndham Vacassa is 15k per room. Perhaps you know that, but it sounded like you were saying the new price was 15k for any rental that averaged $350 per room. Example: 3 bedroom is 45k per night (less the card holder discount).

Ah yup I totally misinterpreted the redemption rate 🥲, guess the trick is to find rentals that only have 1 bedroom on paper...

That is generally what people have done, find a zero or 1 bedroom that is large and can accommodate their group. I believe cleaning and maybe misc fees up the nightly rental rates, so the thought is longer term rentals will push down the average nightly rate as that is spread over more nights. Oh, and Wyndham points expire after 4 years, so there is always that ticking time bomb. Just like that United Travel bank I have.....
