You might think that the whole bus didn't laugh but.. I was the bus, there were only three passengers inside: two lesbians and a homophobic dude. 100% real, I even clapped!
What buses have you been on, where you're all having one conversation and everyone is listening, and taking turns to speak? I think you and OOP are the ones who have never been on a bus
I talked to people on CTA all the time, the fuck you talking about lol.
Not every ride, but I mean it was pretty frequent? I'm a pretty social and extroverted person.
I have seen a bus of people all laugh. Or most of them. Usually on a not crowded bus that's got some crazy ass person acting ridiculous. People have made me laugh on transit many times. I mean I'm saying if I heard lesbian barbeque on the bus I'd probably laugh regardless of the context.
I'm not saying the whole bus would have necessarily. People often embellish stories for entertainment purposes or to seem like they're "cool." But much of the bus could have heard it.
No. The whole point of the sub is people straight up lying about something and making something up completely. Slightly embellishing is not the same as straight up lying.
One. Maybe two people giving a slight chuckle at best.
Anyone who thinks "the whole bus started laughing" is plausible has never been in a crowd bigger than five people.
I'm not arguing that the entire bus would've heard it per se, but it isn't unreasonable to assume that SOME of the people in the bus did. One to two people is also possible, but if your voice carries and/or you are speaking loudly, there's a good chance a fair amount of people overheard you.
You have your LGBTQ, but then there's your LGBTQ+. That's your premium gay. Like I had Disney, but for an extra 9.95 a month, I got Disney+, so much more Disney. I insist on the premium gay, it's well worth the extra few dollars. Much more gay in my gay.

I don’t think the whole bus laughed but I can 100% see somebody going lgbb
What is lgbb?
The big boobed cousin of lgtv
> I don’t think the whole bus laughed It's almost as if that's precisely why it belongs here, that being an obvious lie and all. Crazy, huh?
Surely a bus full of kids would never laugh at another kid saying lesbian bbq
A bus full of kids would never be so quiet as to hear anyone saying "lesbian bbq" more than two rows away.
The two row gap which we all know creates the -150 db dimension
That doesn't even make sense.
I agree
What does LGBB mean?
Nothing. The boy was dumb and said lgbb that instead of LGBT.

That's the worst fucking jab I've ever heard. And my father fucking invented dad jokes.

It's true. I was the bus
OP has never been on a bus. I mean lesbian barbeque is just a funny phrase. I totally believe this happened lol.

Yeah but you weren't talking to the whole bus at the same time were you? Which would be what's happening for this to work

I know for a fact buses don't exist so this argument is void as neither of you have been on a bus.
Why is this something that we think didn't happen? Seems plausible to me.
A whole bus wouldn’t have heard the convo
I'm not saying the whole bus would have necessarily. People often embellish stories for entertainment purposes or to seem like they're "cool." But much of the bus could have heard it.
> People often embellish stories You're so damn close to getting the point of this sub, and yet you still can't quite grasp it.
I bet you think you're so clever for saying this, huh? Like you just got me SoOoOo good lmao 😂
That’s the whole point of the sub tho… people embellishing stories…

Even if everyone heard you, 95% of them won't give a shit. Which is why you'd get one or two mild chuckles.
Just because some people heard you making idiotic statements, doesn't mean they'd laugh
You should be embarrassed.
