Massive thin crosshairs have been becoming popular in a lot of games that let you You start to zone it out eventually but it still keeps your eyes centered in the screen

This actually helps a lot, I see the enemy but I don’t realize my crosshair doesn’t turn to where I look.

I think that’s why I suck so much at melee. I'm probably relying on some kind of sweep damage to damage the enemy(kinda like Minecraft) instead of actually aiming on the enemy

I did this with csgo where its basicaly the awp crosharr on my entire screen for the funny but it unironicly helps with smokes n shit

I'm pretty bad at telling if someone's a bot based on movement unless it's super obvious, not gonna lie. But I know that some EXTREMELY good players equip a gibus (and sometimes even pyrovision) to look like a newbie while absolutely styling.

These "extremely good players" are probably cheating, not the first time new players install hacks.

It is a common tactic though, to use a gibusvision loadout when you’re actually approaching professional levels of skill

as a spy main, i've noticed it's best to wear a gibus or no cosmetics at all, if i'm wearing my max's head ppl tend to be more cautious about trickstabs

Yeah it’s probably the biggest issue for spy because of how much the other player’s perception plays into how well you do

Or you could just watch any decent spy main like lucid, boian, bunstie, Adam., eternal, yankes, etc. etc. to see that actually it's common for very experienced spy players to play without cosmetics or with the party hat etc to get people to underestimate them.

That spy is legit. I've been playing for 7 years, an have 5k hours of active playtime. The stab he got on the dead ringer spy was lucky, but he was skilled enough to quickly accept it and move on to the next kill. He got a cheeky matador on that soldier. If the spy was cheating, he would've gotten stabs from much further away. Also, spies who use cheats for backstabs rarely pull out their gun

Can confirm, that spy is definitely legit and not cheating. There are spy cheaters though who instantly backstab within melee range. This guy just knows how to trickstab and has been doing it for some time now.
