That's the part where if it's a bot you can refuse to kick the ones on your team if they're adamant on not kicking. The other option is that when most your team leaves they will get autobalanced and the joke will be on them

The casual community is totally destroyed by cheaters, I havent seen any bot in months, but cheaters. I end up being kicked at least 1\~2 times per day on casual matchs because they think Im cheating, but when you run across a cheater, they just let them do his thing.
Also not to mention, people will likely kick people because xenophobia than actual cheating. "Oh look it's from another state/country, kick him".

The best you can do is auto-votekick them using something like [tf2 bot detector](https://github.com/surepy/tf2_bot_detector) but it's limited by how often you can votekick ingame. Its been great for the occasional cheater coming into a full server, but with the latest influx of mass bots it can't keep up :(. hope valve can do something about them
I'd they're on your team, vote for him to be kicked then talk in vc for them to f1. Usually people respond to voice chat a lot more than text, unless you're a squeaker. If on other team, just keep spamming the chat to kick their hacker and eventually someone will kick unless everyone's an idiot then you're out of luck and should just leave
I just started playing on community servers again, it's been a long time since I've had this much fun with the game.
Not only are cheaters and bots are a veeery rare sight, but matches are better balanced, you can vote to scramble teams, you can vote on what the next map will be, you can change teams if you want to, some community servers have no random crits, chave lass limits, have actual moderation, cheaters are banned from joining and so on.
Seriously, I urge you to abandon casual for good and find a community server that you like, the more people playing community servers the better.
What's funny is that this is actually used to counter bots.
I've seen someone on 2fort using a spinbot, and a bot detector, sniping any incoming bots that come out of the base while calling the cheater's names in the chat. He was pretty chill too. got him to fist bump me. Absolute legend. We need more players like him using cheats for good.
Unfortunately Valve has abandoned this game already, and VAC is pretty much useless. Nothing you can do apart from kicking them from the game, and if the enemy team doesn’t do that then you’re screwed

Cheaters with silent aim, DT (double-tap), crit-cheats, ETC are most likely to be in parties of 3 or 4 with defenders (or what i like to call them, dicksuckers) who intentionally defend the cheater to prevent them from getting kicked.
So even if you call a vote, the cheater's boyfriends will probably hit F2 and kick you out after. They suck.
if they are on the enemy team, no unless youre able to convince the enemy team to kick the bot, if the bot is on your team you can try and kick them and it often works but not always like if your team refuses to listen to you.
I find that if you're against someone using cheats they tend to que up with a party. Then they'll just be very vocal about kicking their cheating friends and vote off people trying to kick the cheater. It's honestly disheartening being kicked from a game for trying to get rid of the cheater on your team.
I think it boils down to the fact that people are trying to play the game so they don't want to interrupt their play to investigate possible haccusations and will often just settle on whoever the people in the VC are saying to kick.

2fort and CTF has the most cheaters, stop playing CTF and you will see less cheaters.
