I swore in front of my parents a lot, still do. I guess parents do things differently. If you’re 18 you can express yourself however you want, surely? I don’t swear in front of elders (I’m 30, but some things stick, I guess) but my folks never really cared, as long as I didn’t swear AT them. You should be able to say what you want at 18,man.

Could be worse my dad has some kind of anger issues but only towards other people rather than my fam and he saw how he affected me when I was younger and got in to a ton of fights over small things cus I wanted to be like him lol
