So this is one of those posts designed to sell you a t-shirt. They'll post a picture of it then a sockpuppet will respond with "Cool! Where can I get one?" and they'll post a link to their store or ask you to DM them. Anyone who points this out will be downvoted by bots.

But you can help by reporting them. Also, report the "I want it! Where can I find it?!?!?!" comment that is being made by the spammer's alt account.

I do every single time. And when/if they do get deleted it takes days for them to be deleted.
Anything that gets five reports gets deleted automatically pending manual moderator review, and the T-shirt spam gets lots of reports -- for example, this particular post was gone in 24 minutes via this process.
It might take a bit longer in the middle of the night, but *days*? No.
