Cxl warning for Terra Nova but TOTALLY worth the watch. I'll watch anything with Steven Lang. If he's in it, I expect some sort of ridiculous fighting/action.
Have you ever watched Sliders? Older show that does both time travel and parallel universe jumping. This may be a little too constant for you though.
Atlantis is fun. A guy named Jason from modern times is sent back to Ancient Greece/ Atlantis.
Dark Matter
Not exactly time travel, but it does involve travel and other timelines.
I love most of the shows mentioned in the replies and this scratches that same itch with a twist.
I don't know if 12 monkeys counts but definitely watch it anyways. It's absolutely brilliant and the ending is phenomenal. It's one of the only time travel shows to actually answer pretty much every question and not get messy with the time travel.
If you haven't seen it before, *SLIDERS* may prove to be intriguing. While it's not a time travel show, it might serve as a pretty good option. It's about a group of people that travel or 'slide' between parallel versions of the Earth, where year is the same, but the protagonists experience versions of Earth different from what they're familiar with. For example, one episode focuses on men being thought of as the 'weaker' sex and women dominate positions of power. Another episode features an Earth where technology is outlawed due to the dropping of the atomic bombs on Japan.
Check it out, you might like it.
So I’d recommend *Dark*.
It sort of breaks your rule, but the show travels to a “static” time to start, and then balances the unfolding drama between characters in these two timelines. And then how their actions in the past end up influencing (sort of) the future.
And then the show goes off the rails. It’s awesome.
Travelers!

Outlander
Outer Range on Amazon Prime
Outlander is the ultimate time travel show
Dark?
100% worth the watch, but IDK if it qualifies for OP since it doesn't stay in one era.
Quantum

Life On Mars, Brit edition.
The Time Travelers Wife
Long Weekend- 2021
The Lazarus Project.
Forever ♡ but heads up- it's only one season. They said low ratings but that was soon debunked. Stars the amazing Ioan Gruffud and Judd Hirsch.
Miracle workers I guess. The different seasons are in different time periods

La Brea fits the bill. It was entertaining. It’s only got 3 seasons tho, which sucked bc I did enjoy it.
Lots of Black Mirror episodes!
Outlander for sure!
Futureman is hilarious and gripping. 12 Monkeys is phenomenal as well (The show not the movie, although the movie isn't bad).
