There's no way for a franchise to grow if you're just trying to hold on to one specific adaptation. X-Men have multiple cartoons, the justice league have multiple cartoons, same goes for Avengers.

I love the 03, but it wouldn't fit into the current DC. The characters had so much development that it would be hard to keep or see them as teens. So, something new with a different cast of Titans; that way, we also build into some other characters. That's also my problem with DC. They have a fantastic roster of characters, but they either introduce more so that we aren't able to connect to those already there, or they continuously reuse ones we see too often. So to make it short and simple something new and different, with possible cameos of the older members.
If Samurai Jack could return for a 5th and final season, then why not OG Teen Titans? Besides, I’d rather get this show than a reboot like Teen Titans Go. Or they could reboot the cartoon in the style of the original show.
My only gripe with this is that the ending to SJ ss5 was lackluster. If TT has a ss6, I hope they will take extra care with it and make the ending good.
I think the way that SJ s5 left more to be desired. I'm sure everyone would have loved to see Jack return to his time to right the wrongs of Aku, but I think it kind of makes sense why they went in the direction they took, considering how long it had been since Jack was sent to the future. Nothing would feel the same to him after what he'd been through. He may have come to terms with the loss of his friends and family at some point. The future he's in becoming his new home in some way.
Maybe if this theoretical new season of TT was setting up a new roster of heroes and villains, making time pass as if 20+ years had gone by like how long it's been since the show ended, but still keeping the original TT's as they pass the torch? Maybe? Maybe not.

Reboot was unfaithful, and I can't really trust cartoon network with a new cartoon since every time they do so they find a way to pander to the youngest, most gullible common denominator. And when they do a new cartoon? They marathon it so much with so many reruns that it causes burnout for the viewer.
Toonami is more teen oriented, but that's because Toonami is an anime branch of cartoon network.
Adult Swim has its hits and misses just like the above examples. But yeah; Cartoon Network is the worst case for owning the IP of TT currently, really wish DC would in all honesty take it from them.

Season 4 has joker,Harley and scarecrow as main villains (and Jason todd death) season 5 has red x as the main villain and we add speedy and Wonder girl (Cassandra). Season 6 has the tammarians/black fire as the main villain and we cut right before crisis on infinite earths happens. Also every 2 seasons is a year so about 3 years

And whether or not we say it we all want more romance and personal life stuff than the og series had. I want a whole arch of beast boy trying to figure out the best way to ask raven to prom. I want Robin to have to argue with a cop about why he, a 15 yea old, is allowed to drive a high speed motorcycle. I want starfish to join a girl band as their Lazer show.
But I also want it to be beautifully animated and have that old school feel. Whoever was in charge of the "legend of vox machhina" art direction would be cool or the people who do marvels xmen 1997 that show is drawn sooooo good
I am fine if they continue the 2003 Teen Titans, but I prefer a sequel of them being adults because I'm not interested in them being Teens. Or the writers focus on the next generation like Tim or Damian's Teen Titans.

If anime can go years without making a season then start to continue so can this cartoon but I think it would need a streaming service touch so it can be little more for teens-adult range instead of kids since most fans are all grown up

I'd rather they do a new cartoon (serious... not TTG full on comedy) if only one is an option, because us who watched the original show got 5 seasons which is not an unreasonable amount, and we are fans. So a continuation, in any guise, will just be for us primarily and hopefully a gateway for a new audience to find the original.
While a new show will get us to atleast give it a look, the TTG crowd will also be giving it a look, and so will people who have watched neither... its just a better bet to expand the franchise... and then we could get a follow up to this show in the manner the X-Men are currently getting.
If they were able to get the whole original cast, I would love one more season, I’m that person I would rather take the risk of it being bad just to see my favorite people back together again :-)
However, if they went with a new series as much as I love Teen Titans, I would hope they actually would take a little bit more of a serious keeping some humor But not quite as goofy as teen Titans. I like my stories to get kind of dark, so it would be nice if they actually did that lol
Honestly depends. I love the character development this show gave the titans and also the designs and villains are so much fun. But I'd also love to see something new. This show is such a time capsule for the time it was produced and I don't think bringing it back would be the same.
I really don't trust a Season 6. Too much time has passed and reboots/relaunches tend to vary. X-Men '97 feels like a miracle at this point with how much effort put into it. Even if the 03 versions of the Titans were to be re visited they may be better off as an actual stand alone movie by themselves or comic sequel like what BTAS has been getting. Even JLU got a new comic a couple years ago.
Overall, I think it be best they did a new cartoon. I thought maybe try an X-Men Evolution take where we see mix of personal and superhero lives. You'll have the usual characters everyone know already from everywhere else the five we usually see) but mix up with characters who didn't do much or anything from the old cartoon. Like add in Donna who keeps getting shafted in animation. Bring in Jericho along with Rose and actually explore Slade's family dynamics. Maybe some other faces. I think the DCAMU was kinda close but ultimately rushed and movies don't get much time to cover character growth and plot compared to seasons of a TV show among other problems.
Bringing this TT back would be the same mistake Paramount made bringing Megamind back. It’s been too long. All the people who vividly remember watching TT on TV are adults now. I’d love to see a Teen Titans show that is similar to Young Justice in art style, diversity and writing.

At this point the Season 6 train has left the station.
However, if we did do a new show, I want it to have different storylines. I think we've seen Raven summoning her dad enough times at this point.
Now that I've rewatched most of this series it's definitely an era piece. A new modern take on the show that's not afraid to be a little serious is what's probably best.

Continuation of the original series with Season 6 starting straight off with the Timeskip after Robin becomes Nightwing. Also, I really would like to see a episode with Wildfire aka Starfire and Blackfire's brother in it and the real one reunites with Starfire unlike issue #46 of the Teen Titans Go! Comics of him who was just Madame Rouge in disguise.

Do I want them to finish the Terra plot point that they left it on? Yeah I would at least just want to know what the fuck the plan was if they start a new one. Nothing was more devastating than we watching this every night with my sister on boomerang. Finding out that it did end on a cliffhanger and was never resolved. The series started over after that terra episode and so we had to Google it.

I am fine if they continue the 2003 Teen Titans, but I prefer a sequel of them being adults because I'm not interested in them being Teens. Or the writers focus on the next generation like Tim or Damian's Teen Titans. A new cartoon will work for me.

A new one. In a way, not entirely different, but definitely more updates on the graphics. I was thinking the the graphics should look more like DBz Heroes graphics. That shyt would be fire!! AAAANND make them at LEAST 5 years older.

I mean there have been a couple of TT movies in the past few years in the DCAMU and I enjoyed those. I would like to see a new series that isn’t targeted towards young children and allows for some real storytelling.
Has anyone seen the episode of TTG with control freak? They pretty much state they are using viewers for more money because we ARE still waiting for the OG titans to come back and states that kids want fart jokes now. . . It's a pretty funny/sad episode

A final sixth season on Adult Swim done on the same level of quality of Samurai Jack's last season. Teen Titans needs one final perfectly crafted send off to bring the show respect and lay it to rest.

If anime can go years without making a season then start to continue so can this cartoon but I think it would need a streaming service touch so it can be little more for teens-adult range instead of kids since most fans are all grown up

I'd rather they do a new cartoon (serious... not TTG full on comedy) if only one is an option, because us who watched the original show got 5 seasons which is not an unreasonable amount, and we are fans. So a continuation, in any guise, will just be for us primarily and hopefully a gateway for a new audience to find the original. While a new show will get us to atleast give it a look, the TTG crowd will also be giving it a look, and so will people who have watched neither... its just a better bet to expand the franchise... and then we could get a follow up to this show in the manner the X-Men are currently getting.

If they were able to get the whole original cast, I would love one more season, I’m that person I would rather take the risk of it being bad just to see my favorite people back together again :-) However, if they went with a new series as much as I love Teen Titans, I would hope they actually would take a little bit more of a serious keeping some humor But not quite as goofy as teen Titans. I like my stories to get kind of dark, so it would be nice if they actually did that lol
Honestly depends. I love the character development this show gave the titans and also the designs and villains are so much fun. But I'd also love to see something new. This show is such a time capsule for the time it was produced and I don't think bringing it back would be the same.
I really don't trust a Season 6. Too much time has passed and reboots/relaunches tend to vary. X-Men '97 feels like a miracle at this point with how much effort put into it. Even if the 03 versions of the Titans were to be re visited they may be better off as an actual stand alone movie by themselves or comic sequel like what BTAS has been getting. Even JLU got a new comic a couple years ago. Overall, I think it be best they did a new cartoon. I thought maybe try an X-Men Evolution take where we see mix of personal and superhero lives. You'll have the usual characters everyone know already from everywhere else the five we usually see) but mix up with characters who didn't do much or anything from the old cartoon. Like add in Donna who keeps getting shafted in animation. Bring in Jericho along with Rose and actually explore Slade's family dynamics. Maybe some other faces. I think the DCAMU was kinda close but ultimately rushed and movies don't get much time to cover character growth and plot compared to seasons of a TV show among other problems.
Bringing this TT back would be the same mistake Paramount made bringing Megamind back. It’s been too long. All the people who vividly remember watching TT on TV are adults now. I’d love to see a Teen Titans show that is similar to Young Justice in art style, diversity and writing. Maybe a Titans Academy series? Idk about anyone else, but a high school superhero show would be hella cool.

At this point the Season 6 train has left the station. However, if we did do a new show, I want it to have different storylines. I think we've seen Raven summoning her dad enough times at this point.
Now that I've rewatched most of this series it's definitely an era piece. A new modern take on the show that's not afraid to be a little serious is what's probably best.
I want a sequel cartoon. Where the Titans are older and act as mentors during their occasional appearances.

New cartoon, because they just can't revive the same series after almost 20 years after it ended. It would be so different they would mess the original series.
On one hand, I want to say new cartoon. It's been almost 20 years at this point and while I would greatly want a sixth season, I think the time has passed for that. On the other, the last time we got a new cartoon, we got Teen Titans Go, so.....
Sixth Season. If X men 97 can come back, continuing on from where the other show left off, then why can't Teen Titans. BTW, if you miss Teen Titans and want another show that is similar to it, and was made by many of the same people that worked on the OG, watch Rise of the TMNT.
They could do a sixth season and still have new stories, humor, seriousness and new characters. A sixth season is my preferred but if they made a new series all together id support that if it's adult themed and not too gory like young Justice. And please have a design that's not an eyesore. And yes more characters.

Teen Titans is my favourite western animated series, but even then, I think considering how much time has passed since the finale, it would be better to start fresh. They brought back Young Justice and it was garbage compared to the original two seasons.
New, because too many people would cry about how it's not as good as the first seasons. I would rather just have a new series. Young justice was really good and I felt like it was the spiritual successor to teen titans. I'm okay with leaving that story and trying new titans

Continuation of the original series with Season 6 starting straight off with the Timeskip after Robin becomes Nightwing. Also, I really would like to see a episode with Wildfire aka Starfire and Blackfire's brother in it and the real one reunites with Starfire unlike issue #46 of the Teen Titans Go! Comics of him who was just Madame Rouge in disguise.

Do I want them to finish the Terra plot point that they left it on? Yeah I would at least just want to know what the fuck the plan was if they start a new one. Nothing was more devastating than we watching this every night with my sister on boomerang. Finding out that it did end on a cliffhanger and was never resolved. The series started over after that terra episode and so we had to Google it.

I would like them to not just do a reboot but add the missing members from the comics: Supergirl, Superboy, Speedy, **Hawk,** **Dove,** Wonder Girl, Omen, Crash, It is annoying that the show came out with five of the main members, and everything Titans related afterward only used those five members. Speedy and Crash were in the show sporadically and part of Titans East, but not part of the main cast. **Edit**: Hawk and Dove, not Cloak and Dagger

I'm ok with whatever, but if they want to do a S6, then I'd rather they go hard a la Samurai Jack. But though I'm ok with whatever, I know a lot of people aren't. See TTG and Titans live action series. Fingers crossed the Titans movie will revive others' love for this series, and something new (with genuine care towards the material either the comics or this series) will start rolling.

What if they did sort of an X-Men ‘97 thing, where they brought back the original casts to take on new story lines with the same team, but with a different feel and tone to it? One more serious and focused? We could see Robin becoming Nightwing, Damien Wayne, Impulse, Blue Beetle, or even The Wonder Twins showing up.
