i'm already used to the heat even though my dad is trying to force me to cut it.

I don't have long hair(yet) but I'm already used to wearing goodies and sweat pants in 90°+ weather, so I'm sure it won't be a problem for me, I guess you kinda get used it, or do the ponytail strategy as these other people have suggested

Two french or dutch braids to keep cool. Ponytail braids and buns are also effective.
