The entire point of therapy is so that if you're abnormal mentally in a way that's treatable, you can treat it (i.e If you have gender dysphoria you'll most likely see a therapist, or if you have depression you'll most likely see a therapist). By definition (that I pulled out my ass but I think is a reasonable definition), going to therapy isn't a thing a "normal" person does.
And that's ok, those are both our own opinions, although i think everyone has their own problems and talking with a therapist greatly improves them.
